Are you searching for your dream job, but not sure where to find it? Sign up for the UTA Virtual Job Fair, which is going live from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (CST) on September 15, 16 and 17 and revolutionize your job search. By registering, you will:

  1. Discover new career opportunities from leading employers that are eager to hire UTA students and alumni!
  2. Connect with recruiters through live online chats – easier and more effective than hitting the ‘Apply Now’ button.
  3. Build your network by continuing your conversations with recruiters weeks (and even months!) after the event is over.

How it Works

After logging in and joining the event, you will be asked to upload your resume. Next, you will choose which employers to engage in a one-on-one chat with a representative (similar to choosing which booth to visit in a physical career fair). Please be prepared to provide highlights of your resume, your career interests and to ask questions about the company. Following each interview, you can select additional employers to engage with until the career fair is over.

A Virtual Job Fair is an online platform that facilitates a connection between you and registered employers. This event offers many of the same perks as an ‘in-person’ job fair, such as resume drop-off, a virtual storage vault, and live chatting with employers. It also offers many new additions, such as scheduled chat times, linked & embedded company videos, and an all new experience for you to launch your career. It is designed specifically to connect UTA students and alumni to employers and create a space where both can explore potential fits.
  • Interact with registered employers, including recruiters and hiring managers
  • View new and exciting opportunities ranging from internships to full-time openings
  • Learn more about each organization’s culture, objectives, and values
  • Drop off your resume and apply directly to available jobs
  • Watch videos and review documents that delve deeper into employer’s opportunities

The Virtual Job Fair takes place over three live days, Tuesday, February 23rd, Wednesday, February 24th, & Thursday, February 25th. On all 3 days, recruiters will be available to chat with you live between the hours of 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
No software installation or download necessary, all you will need is internet access.
Step 1: Register and upload your resume.
Step 2: During the event, log into your account.
Step 3: Chat with online company representatives, browse open opportunities and apply for jobs and internships!
After you register and log in during the event times, click on the “Job Openings” tab or any employer booth to view their current & open opportunities. Follow their instructions to complete your application.

Yes. Like any physical event, we will have a swag bag for you! You can add all of the documents available to the online swag bag in your account and then email them to yourself or share items with friends and family by simply entering their email.
Absolutely! Simply share the link to this page and remind your friends that registration is required to participate. Help us spread the word!
Recruiters will be live on March 20, 2019, during the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST. In order to interact with recruiters and make the most of the event, participants should login during these hours. That being said, exhibitor information will be accessible 24/7 on March 20, 2019.
